Die günstigste Alternative zur Anschaffung einer neuen Maschine ist eine Generalüberholung Ihrer alten. Seit über 28 Jahren sind wir im Bereich Mazak-Maschinen-Service tätig und fest davon überzeugt, auch Ihnen helfen zu können. Die Hallenfläche in unserem Betrieb beträgt über 1000qm, mit einer Hallenbekranung von 16 Tonnen. Dadurch sind wir in der Lage, eine komplette Überholung von Mazak- Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen durchzuführen:
- vollständige Demontage der Maschine
- Erneuerung der Linearführungen und Kugelrollspindeln
- Neulagerung der Hauptspindel und Achsen
- Neuaufbau der Maschine und das Auswechseln sämtlicher Verschleißteile
- Einstellen der Geometrie
- Auf Wunsch Neulackierungen von Maschinen und Komponenten
- Inbetriebnahme der Maschine mit Erstellung eines Messprotokolls und einem Testprogramm (Funktionsüberprüfung) nach Fertigstellung vor Ort
